Returns & Exchanges

We know you're going to love your jewellery. But if you don't for any reason you are welcome to return your item in unworn condition within 30 days of receiving them. We'll refund you 100% of the price you paid for your item, excluding the shipping fee we charged you. You are only responsible for the one-way return shipping and insurance to cover any accidental loss or damage during transit.

If you wish to return or exchange your item(s):

1. Please contact our Returns Team for a Return Number within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have the following information ready:

  • Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

2. Please write the Returns Number on your invoice in the space provided, and tick the item(s) you are returning. Please include your completed invoice inside of your returns parcel.

3. You should have received a Gilded Lab Shipping Address Label inside your package. Please remove all existing labels on the package and affix the Shipping Address Label provided.

4. Please ship the item via an insured mail service. We recommend Royal Mail, DHL, or Fedex. Once we receive the item, we will refund your card within 14 working days.

Faulty Items

Your jewellery will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 60 days of purchase. Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Alternatively we'll replace your jewellery for an item made in the same design.
